1 cup chopped dried figs
½ cup chopped dates
½ cup chopped dried apricots
½ cup raisins
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
¼ tsp ground coriander
5 Tbs apricot jam
4-5 Tbs sweet red Passover wine
2 Tbs lightly toasted sesame seeds
Combine fruits in a bowl and toss with the ginger and coriander. Blend in the jam and wine. Let mixture rest for at least one hour. Sprinkle w/sesame seeds
