Pretzels

1 pkg yeast dissolved in 1 1/2 C warm water.

Add 1 tsp salt and 1 Tble sugar

Blend in 4 C of flour

knead dough until smooth.  Cut into small pieces and roll into ropes, twisting into desired shape.  Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.  Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with K salt. 

Bake immediately at 425 for 12-15 minutes
